It was very pleasant. We kind of knew what we wanted but wasn’t 100% sold on it. So it was very nice to be able to see all the options as well as price breakdowns so we could ensure we stayed within budget. From our sales rep Jamie to the financial advisor it was a pleasant experience all around.

It was a very busy day at the dealership but I was helped right away! Jamie Chu immediately showed me what I came looking for and was able to get me test driving vehicles in no time. She was busy helping other customers as well but I never felt rushed or pressured.
