Not was very helpful working with me and working with silverock for my warranty for my used 2014 Subaru Forester. They were well managed and gave me a video showing issues that they fixed. I feel like I trust them enough to go there again when I need tires etc.

Very pleasant no hassle experience

I had to go back to fix a mistake made on my previous visit. I had gone for a ruptured tire, but the replacement was made for the wrong tire. On this second visit the correct tire was replaced in just minutes.

Not was really knowledgeable, courteous and gave great explanations of the process and what was not finished because of waiting on parts. The Lyft experience was good as well.

The service took longer than the recall letter said it would. It was not a problem because Ean advised me up front and I was able to go home instead of waiting there.

I feel like Jamie my sales rep really fought for me to get the car I wanted and she was very awesome and nice. This was my first experience buying a new car and it was a really good experience.

I came in for a simple issue. I was told that I may need to have one of my TPMS gages replaced because I was getting an error code indicating I had low tire pressure. The shop that I normally go to does not deal with tire/wheel issues, so I decided to come to Mike Shaw. The technicians were all extremely courteous and helpful. Marcus listened to my concerns and told me it may be as simple as just needing more air in my tires. Of course that's embarrassing for me, because I could simply do that myself. Instead, he and his team took the time to evaluate the problem, and ended up just filling up the tires to the recommended PSI for cold weather, and sent me on my way with no charge. Great service, respectful staff - highly appreciated!
