Service was great.

i booked on line, however when I arrived, there was no record of my appointment. I was able to get in anyway and my service was done in a timely manner. The waiting area was pleasant, hot tea and snacks available.

Our 2019 Forrester was experiencing high battery drain. The tech quickly diagnosed the problem as a dome light switch in the wrong position, leaving the dome light on 24/7. The problem was solved at no charge to us. We are happy campers!

Service was fast, people were very polite.

We did not actually intend on buying a car, but Tom found us the right vehicle at the right price and we wrote out a check on the spot.

We came in for an oil change and for 2 software updates to our 2022 Subaru Ascent. We have worked with Taylor Comroe several times now. Taylor is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and caring. He answered all of our questions and the visit was completed in a good time frame. I would highly recommend having anyone coming in for a service visit to work through Taylor. He deserves a raise!

Jamie took such amazing care of me! She helped me get my first Subaru and this is my second car purchased from her! She got me the car I exactly wanted, gave me a great deal and I didn’t think I would be able to get it! Super efficient in and out

Taylor was great, very helpful and professional.

The process of scheduling my service is very easy and the staff is always nice.The waiting area is nice and clean but I do think seating can be tough to find.
