I spoke with Cliff Swaim at Mike Shaw Subaru. I was looking for a vehicle to replace the one that I had had for 12 years. I had just been in an accident and had a short window to purchase a vehicle.Cliff took the time to share with me about a 2017 Subaru. I had already read about Subarus on Consumer Reports, that it was the number one car for the least amount of maintenance.Cliff answered all my questions. He was very personable and also professional.I took the car back the very next day because the passenger front window did not work. I had called Cliff and he said bring it in. The problem was simple and a matter of resetting something. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to make sure that was corrected.Hopefully, I will not need another car for a while, but I will certainly think of Cliff and Mike Shaw Subaru if I do.
