In and out in a timely manner and the cost was a little cheaper than the coupon I had.

It was an easy buying experience. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and professional. All questions and concerns were answered and time and effort went it to make sure our Forester was under warranty.

I was initially mis-quoted and given the wrong ETA when scheduling my service. It went from $500 to $1600 and from a 1-2 hour wait to a 1-2 week wait. However, once everything was squared away, the service was wonderful. It also only ended up being >$1000, which was a nice surprise. Marcus kept me updated with texts, and everything is working well. I received the car back in clean condition and felt very comfortable with the service.
