Very pleasant

This was my first time visiting Mike Shaw Subaru and I had such a pleasant and positive experience. I was so impressed by the ability to speak with the technician Marcus over the phone and ease of rescheduling my appt. He also didn't make me feel rushed when I had questions. A very different experience from what I've had at another Subaru dealership.

Not was very helpful working with me and working with silverock for my warranty for my used 2014 Subaru Forester. They were well managed and gave me a video showing issues that they fixed. I feel like I trust them enough to go there again when I need tires etc.

Very pleasant no hassle experience

I had to go back to fix a mistake made on my previous visit. I had gone for a ruptured tire, but the replacement was made for the wrong tire. On this second visit the correct tire was replaced in just minutes.
