The appointment went faster than expected. I find it strange that I'm still getting reminders for service after the service was done. I made the appointment directly rather than through the email link, so parts of the system don't seem to be talking to one another.

It was alright but it really didn't feel like a warm welcome. My advisor was very nice, informative made the drop off smooth especially with the video and able to deny or approve additional on my phone but when he wasn't around for a while to check me out another advisor did and they seemed like they really wanted nothing to do with me. Trust me I only wanted to go home but I didn't get the expectation of wanting to go back either

The service advisor Wallace was great, he was very helpful and thorough. The prices for the services are very high, you shouldn’t have to go into debt to keep up with services on a car. Other than that, everything was great.
