Super simple and great experience!

It was good overall. Ben was friendly and helpful. The Lyft ride to my place was very convenient when the service was expected to take a while. The only thing I don't like in general is that I keep getting the 30k service suggested that I had done on my vehicle before I moved to the area. I wish there was a way to put that in my service record so it's not suggested for me every 6 months

I brought my Outback in for the 60k service. Received an in warranty engine repair that would have been $4k if I had waited another 200 miles. Price of service was adjusted based on different online price I found. Overall service was well communicated and service specialist, Larry, was easy to work with. Thank you!

Had to wait about an hour for finance to complete transaction with another customer, but otherwise was a good experience. I've purchased 2 new vehicles from MSS, but not sure I would do so again. Chose to purchase here both times due to proximity to residence but had a much better experience at Shortline Subaru when where we bought another new subie.
