We were impressed with Preston (and everyone esle we met). They were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. In fact, Preston put us in the car we bought (even though we came in to test drive another car). The one we purchased was just what we wanted.

My service advisor Taylor was great! I really appreciated that he also owns a Subaru (not to mention happened to own the exact same car as me!) it was nice to be able to connect with him and he knew exactly what my concerns were since we have the same car! I’m sure his expertise is outside of having the same car! Thanks Taylor!

My service person Wally was very professional and helpful. The staff took care of the issue and knew I had and discovered a couple of additional items that needed to be fixed. I also appreciated the Lyft rides that Mike Shaw provides!
