They were pretty busy at the time of my arrival, I was seen right away and they got my car back in no time. The technician that did my brakes sent a video of the work being done, he was so polite in the video and had my car done super fast. Thank you to the technician who did it!!

I reside in close proximity to Not's previous dealership and made the deliberate choice to follow him to Mike Shaw. Not consistently ensures that my service experiences are nothing short of exceptional, and this recent encounter was no different! Not went the extra mile by arranging for me to have a loaner car, understanding that the repairs needed for my Forester would necessitate an overnight stay. His consideration for my driving needs was greatly appreciated. Not consistently surpasses expectations for his customers, and it's evident that your dealership is fortunate to have such an outstanding employee.
