I had a nice time as I grabbed a few snacks and did some studying in the quiet room they had. I also love the machine that makes all kinds of coffee drinks.

Comfortable easy experience

Arrived early for my appointment. Service Reps greeted me and immediately started preparing my car for the work to be done. Extremely professional and efficient! Work completed as scheduled and was even finished early with a complimentary car wash! :) Best experience I have had at Mike Shaw Subaru and have had my car serviced there for 3 years. Wally P is exceptional! Kudos to your service department on 3/06/24. I appreciate all of their hard work!

appointment went well I was really impressed and pleased with my service writer Emma she went above and beyond and is a big reason why I will continue to bring my car to you guys.

I was a little iffy about using the dealer for an oil change and tire rotation. It was my first service after purchasing a 2020 Forester last year. However, the ease of booking online and the professionalism, communication and service provided by Not Prasertsin - and the timeliness of service - pretty quickly changed my perspective. I'll be coming back for additional maintenance in the future.
