Lots of work needed to be done after inspection - communication was good until I approved the work and then found that I had to keep sending texts/calls before getting any responses. Work took a few hours longer than expected and delay wasn't communicated until I pressed for more information while running late. Final price came out around 25% more than was quoted while approving work which also rubbed me the wrong way.

I arrived at the prescribed time and was met by the service tech who took the information .inspected my automobile and set the service plan in motion. They worked on the breaks and did the oil change. He mentioned a 30,000 service and I said it had been done before.
