I had bought a special that you had my last oil change for three oil change services and wheel rotation.They didn’t rotate the wheels because they said they were wearing evenly…i had previously been told that it should be done.(Glad to know they were wearing evenly though)I asked if the inspection that usually gets done with an oil change would be done, and he said yes. I didn’t receive any information on that and when I asked him about the air filter and cabin filter and he said well yeah they could they could probably be changed so that didn’t seem very concrete to me. I went and got the air filter, checked and it was filthy.I got a fourth synthetic oil change at the mileage on the new sticker showed only 3000 miles. Overall, it didn’t feel like the same concrete service I had received in the past.

The receptionist, Emily, was very helpful and so friendly.The salesman, Keith, was knowledgeable, patient, and a Christian. Which was a bonus.

I made a reservation for an oil change and to diagnose an issue with shaking while braking.I dropped the car off with Ben Hare. I later got a text/email about the results of the diagnostic which was that my front brake rotors were bent (along with a few smaller issues) and I approved the work. It turned out that the brake rotors were out of stock. I couldn't leave the car as I needed it the next day but Ben offered a loaner car which saved my plans.I've been working with Ben as my service advisor that last few years and he has always been great.

Emma was very nice during my visit and the mechanic found extra things to work on my car. I was pretty bummed out on how much I had to pay during my maintenance, but was grateful that we got a lot done and I wasn't forced to schedule another appointment with the additional services added on. Thank you!
