appointment went well I was really impressed and pleased with my service writer Emma she went above and beyond and is a big reason why I will continue to bring my car to you guys.

I was a little iffy about using the dealer for an oil change and tire rotation. It was my first service after purchasing a 2020 Forester last year. However, the ease of booking online and the professionalism, communication and service provided by Not Prasertsin - and the timeliness of service - pretty quickly changed my perspective. I'll be coming back for additional maintenance in the future.

It was my first time with Emma. She was really nice and easy to talk to. My oil change went super fast and she follow up next day to make sure car is doing good. That was nice.
