We felt very support by Dan Peebles. He understood what we wanted and why. We wanted to keep costs down and he provided a kind and effective response, guiding us through the process. We really like the 2026 Forester we bought, and we like the features we selected. We would recommend him and probably will. Very personable and efficient. it helped that he has so much experience and could grasp our needs, meet us where we are at. Never pushy.

There was quite a delay and I had to wait about two hours despite having an appointment for a standard oil change and checking the tire pressure light. The recommended maintenance seemed very expensive/overpriced. They were running an oil change special but quoted me the full price until I asked about the special and then they seemed surprised and discounted it, which I guess is a common practice but felt a little lame on top of everything else. Just honor what you have posted on your website from the start. I would check out other places before returning to be honest.
