My light came on my car and it took me about a week and a half to get it serviced. I thought it was due from the cold changes. I would have gotten there sooner if I had known it was a whole in the tire. Anyway, thinking I just needed Air, when I drove up and the guy said you might have a whole in your tire. I kind of thought that was strange, after over an hour, I went to see what the problem was he said it had a whole in it. The car was still on the lift.??? I was upset because no one let me know what was going on, and we charge 35.00 for that,.A other service rep came and handled it which was a lot better there was no charge.

Cliff and Evan helped, both were very knowledgeable and professional. I purchased my car through the Costco program, great program. Cliff was very thorough explaining all the features and giving me a tour of the dealership.

I have been coming to Mike Shaw Subaru for years. I have purchased 4 Subaru’s from the dealership. Eric Grimm was my salesman at all 4 purchases. He is professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented. I rate his service a 10/10.

I was scheduled at 10 but arrived early. Taylor went above and beyond and began service. After reviewing the issues, I waited. After receiving the texts with issues, I went to meet with Taylor who was involved with another customer. It was noticed that I waited quite a long time and he was still busy Larry noticed my wait and offered to review the findings which he was able to resolve. When I received the text my car was ready, again Taylor was working with another customer. Another service rep came and got me to check me out and get my car. Service was exemplary!
