It was exceptional. Rob, our sales rep answered all of my questions, filled all of our requests; such as demonstrating the ride and how the vehicle functions. The dealership has offered to us a training session 10 days after the purchase. I will have plenty of question after trying to operate the vehicle's capabilities.

Emma went above and beyond with her customer service. She was extremely friendly, communicative, and professional. This was a big repair (transmission valve body) that was quite stressful, but she helped my case with Subaru corporate to get a goodwill gesture to help lower the bill.
