It was a snowy winter day, "an excellent Subaru day" said Cliff Swaim who stepped out to help me. I was killing time while my 10 year old Suburu was being fixed...I tried the 24 Impreza, then a snow covered bronzy orange Crosstrek Wilderness caught my eye. Drove that and loved it!! Ended up purchasing my first new car ever. Appreciated Swaim's patience and easy going and informative manner. I agonized over the decision before I went for it. I love my new Orange Crush... named her Agent 99. The team at Mike Shaw were professional, helpful and patient while I took my time and asked a LOT of questions. Highly recommend.

This is my first visit to this dealership since I was disappointed with my regular dealership in Boulder. I am very much impressed how I was able to get in for the same day appointment and everyone was very helpful.
