Very fast and thorough service

Very positive. Everyone was courteous and helpful.

I love the Lyft service availability for rides to and from the dealership. My driver informed me, though, that this arrangement does not include ride tips from Mike Shaw. I suggest when arranging these rides that you inform the customer that Mike Shaw covers the ride but not driver tips, since the customers may assume that is included. They may want to ensure that their driver receives a tip for service.

My customer service rep the Asian dude I think his name was kanin, was a very nice young man he felt like a close friend making sure I got the service I needed as well as giving me options and opportunities about fixes I should be mindful for my job my next visit. I'm glad I came to y'all and will be trying to return soon as well as recommending your services to other people!

Wally was very helpful and friendly. He provided excellent service to make sure the work on my car was done properly and quickly! I will definitely recommend this location to friends.

It was fine. Took my car in verified that I was there for the recall. Set my expectations on time to complete.I went for a little walk, then sat in the lounge and read for a while. Car ready about the time expected.
