Ben and the technician Matt who performed the necessary repairs on my vehicle did an excellent job of communicating through the video walk-around, texts, and phone calls. I was informed throughout the entire process as my concerns were addressed through the 3 c's......duplicating the complaint, itentifying the cause, and performing the necessary correction.
