oil change and tire rotation cabin filter replaced no problems with anything

I arrived with no appointment and was taken care of right away.

This is our 5th Subaru. 3rd with Mike Shaw. Everything was great. I scheduled an appointment with Jaime. She was ready for us when we got there. We were able to quickly get in a car to test drive and decided to purchase the car. Jaime was very helpful in helping us get a price and payment we were comfortable with. Tommy was great too. He helped me pick out the most important additional products to add and stay with in our budget. Everything was fast and efficient and we really appreciate that.

Took a while to figure out the service issue. But finally figured it out. Thanks for staying with it.

Always a good experience

The oil change appointment went smoothly over all, but I had one frustration.I scheduled an oil change through the Mike Shaw website that advertised a discounted rate for that service. But, when I arrived at Mike Shaw at the scheduled time and checked in, my service rep. didn't know what service I was to receive or about the discounted price for the oil change. Apparently, the computer didn't reveal that information to him, only my name. For a modern website, it was odd and annoying that I would have to provide that information to him. Not a huge deal, but disappointing.

Ean was amazing, kind, patient, detail oriented and very compassionate. He went above and beyond. His communication was quick and he was very understanding. He made this visit my best experience yet when going to Mike Shaw Subaru.
