Ean was awesome! He communicated so well throughout the process and handled everything with warranty for us (which I know is not easy). When new things were coming up, he reached back to warranty to make sure it would be covered and always called with updates. I could not ask for a better strvice!

Emma was able to get my WRX in for the 60k service and provide a loaner car since I had my youngest kiddo with me. Overall the car was taken care of and the service itself was completed in a timely manner. Only issue with the car was from another shop that serviced it at 55k and Mike Shaw was able to clean up the oil mess that was left behind, and they did so without asking. Which is very much appreciated on my behalf.

Came in for early 12K service and to get a new tire. The TPMS alert was not reset so I had to go back to get it reset.

I have had trouble with my car starting - four times in the last week..This time when I finally got it started I drove it to Mike Shaw Subaru. They kept it overnight and put a new battery in it. I believe it is finally fixed.
