Very impressed with overall experience. The waiting room was amazing, and ability to follow repair work was great. Even more amazed after work was done to see the report but especially the video of my car and work done and view overall engine with mechanic. I am going to tell my dealer in Ventura CA about all of this and tell them they have a very long way to go.

Mike Shaw Subaru has always provided our family with polite and thorough service. My only misgiving is that specialized appointment information submitted via their website does not seem to be relayed to the service department employees. I would recommend calling the service department directly and making an appointment with one of their many knowledgeable service advisors.

Eric Ontiveros was very kind, efficient and personal.

They greeted me and we discussed the needed services. I waited in their comfortable waiting area. The services were completed as promised and at an affordable cost.

Great, less time than we expected

Not was thorough and did an excellent job with explaining and having your mechanic diagnose my vehicle. I didn't feel like an afterthought, which is always important when dealing with dealerships! Specifically because of NOT's approach and his professionalism, I will be switching from the dealership on Arapahoe and going forward. I will be bringing my car into Mike Shaw!
