Overall, it was a good experience. I walked in thinking they wouldn't be able to do anything with my situation, and they made it work. Thank you all for the hard work to make it happen. The reason for the four stars was, the initial car I was going to get (that was told to me initially, wasn't a viable option, and didn't know that until 1 hour before going to sign paperwork, so they had to work on another vehicle, the vehicle I ended up with is great so far, but not my first choice. They were able to make a deal out of a difficult situation and got me out of a sticky situation with my old car. Thank you again guys!

Mike Traczynski was fantastic! He was very helpful and knowledgeable that really sold us, we had actually just done to look but Mike made us feel confident and comfortable making our purchase. He even said a prayer for us and our car and left a beautiful token for our car! He definitely an asset to Mike Shaw.

I had such a wonderful experience with Ean! He was so helpful and answered all of my questions. Sometimes I feel nervous with car issues because I don’t know much about cars which and will be spoken to condescendingly. I had the opposite here! I was well informed by Ean and when I didn’t understand, he explained and offered options.I also really appreciated the inspection video and found it very transparent and helpful.

Really good, clear communication. My son’s car is an older Impreza, I trust their knowledge and feel good knowing they repaired it due to its age. Very professional and the tech explained every necessary repair with photos of the parts of the car needing fixing and walk around videos explaining everything which I thought was very helpful. I have used Mike Shaw Subaru many times for my newer crosstrek for routine factory maintenance & trust them. I appreciate they offer warranties on all repairs too (just incase!). I will continue to come to Mike Shaw Subaru
