My wife & I came by to check out Subaru cars for a new vehicle for her one day. Then we came back. Test drove a Forrester and my wife wanted to buy it. We went back to the dealership and purchase the vehicle, trading in her previous car. We visited with the nice young lady who arranged the purchase and paperwork. We toured the dealership's service department and got the service manager's card. We also got a card for a tech instructor on the cars feature for a fytyre visit. Then Shane spent a long time with us explaining and showing use the features on the car and then we drove it home.

It was so good! Emma was the nicest! She kept in contact with me and took care of everything I needed! She even ran my car through the car wash! I appreciate her service!

Every person was very helpful, especially Tommy Lee. Every step was easy. I did however feel pressured to sign up for auto care services that I didn’t think I needed.
