Was not crowded because it was a very cold day. Sam spent time with us, did not feel rushed.Was able to test a cars and get all of our questions answered. Feel one got a fair price for our trade in.

Once somebody offered to help, everything went smoothly. The service person was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained and answered all my questions. The part took a week to arrive, but so far the car works fine, and I had a nice loaner vehicle. I appreciated the fact that it was the exact same type of car I drive, so I didn't have to get used to new features. Because of the nature of the repair, I was offered a one-time customer deal which I also appreciated. Both the manager and service person called later to check how things were going. That was nice.

It was great! Logan was very friendly, helpful, and it didn't at all feel like he was trying to MAKE me buy a car.
