Oil change and tire rotation. I confused appointment dates, however, the were able to accommodate me save a trip back. Ricing for the oil change was going to be a higher price than the online offer until I mentioned the difference. I should have automatically been given the lowest price.

Overall, it was a good experience. I walked in thinking they wouldn't be able to do anything with my situation, and they made it work. Thank you all for the hard work to make it happen. The reason for the four stars was, the initial car I was going to get (that was told to me initially, wasn't a viable option, and didn't know that until 1 hour before going to sign paperwork, so they had to work on another vehicle, the vehicle I ended up with is great so far, but not my first choice. They were able to make a deal out of a difficult situation and got me out of a sticky situation with my old car. Thank you again guys!
