My experience with Erik was overall good. The issue that I had was waiting for my bank wire to clear. I did it ob a Saturday, so I knew that it wouldn’t clear until Monday. I called your dealership multiple times after I verified with my bank that the funds had cleared. It was very difficult to get a call-back or any info from your dealership. It seems that it was very difficult to get a hold of your Controller for verification. It wasn’t a good end to my buying process. Seems like I was left out for dry. It was a frustrating end to the process.

I had a great experience at Mike Shaw! Jeremiah was so welcoming and supportive throughout the entire process; I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. They were all very attentive, friendly, and patient with me as I came in on three separate days before buying a used Subaru. They allowed me to do everything I needed to do before finalizing the purchase, including a pre-purchase inspection at my own mechanic. I feel very happy with the deal I got and am confident in my new car!

Everyone was so kind and helpful. Even though I arrived 15 minutes late they were very understanding and still took me in and did what they could with the time they had. Even found me a phone charger. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back.
