i was in to have my tire pressure checked. you had sent an e mail alert. i had an oil change and tires aired up and you reset the computer. your clerk, Mr. Gates told me I could put air in the tires myself. okay...if I was able to do that I wouldn't be bothering you. This is also somehing you are monitoring as part of your service warranty, correct? (Mr Gates has informed me that the only thing that is under maintenance contract is the drive train). We accomplished our goal, but it has been my experience with other vehicles under similar circumstances to have a frustrated mechanic ask me to take my vehicle to a dealer that can reset my computer. Enlighten me.

We had visited three other dealerships but ended coming back to Mike Shaw and working with Keith who we had visited before and had provided us with great customer service and straight up approach about the deal we could get on a 2024 Subaru Ascent. He was willing to work with us and negotiate a win/win for all parties. This was not the case for Centennial Subaru on Arapahoe Rd and Fort Collins Subaru in Colorado, which lost out on the deal, our business and who were not flexible in their approach to working out a purchase from my wife and I. Big Kudos to Sales Consultant Keith Traczynski's strait forward approach and ability to negotiate a win/win for all parties. We liked also liked, what he stands for, his values and upfront approach, honesty with customer and most importantly love for God, Country and unbashful patriotism. These are type of people we and many other customers like to deal with, not sales consultants that are so focused on DEI that they forget what they're in business for, which is too sale cars. It would not recommend going the way of Bud Light. Clint and Paula Moore proud owners of a new 2024 Subaru Ascent Limited. Thank You Keith Traczynski!!!

Eric made the process easy. We opted to get financing done right away which saved a ton of time. After narrowing down the vehicles l. Selecting one was easy that was right in the price range, and with some added options. Great purchase experience.
