I needed to get tail light bulbs replaced. It was quick and painless. I consistently have positive experiences with Mike Shaw any time I need maintenance done.

Came in for an oil change. Three other services were suggested, including a choke cleaning at 45K miles. That was a new one. My old Outback had 170K on it and that was never suggested before.

Great experience

I was in for an oil change and a tire rotation. It took about an hour and 20 minutes. It really just shouldn't take that long. I'm not saying it has to be like one of those 5 or 10 minute quickie lube places. But it really should be a lot faster than that.Now, I was in because you had a screamin' deal coupon on the oil/rotation. And I had off all day. And you've got a very nice waiting room with nice chairs, great snacks, great coffee, good wifi, good dog/cat tags. I actually don't mind the wait, because I can keep myself thoroughly occupied with all the things you provide for me.While the time wasn't the overriding factor for me, it still was a significant factor. And it just oughta be faster than 1h20m.

Great people and service

Taylor did an excellent job at helping service my Subaru Outback. He was very friendly and knowledgeable getting me through the drop off and helping me pick out new tires and for an oil change. Throughout the service he was very responsive letting me know when it would be ready for pick up.
