Easy and quick- can’t go wrong with that. I had just purchased new tires and they were installed three weeks ago. I drove through a construction area and ran over a nail- it was not reparable so a new one was put on for me while I waited.

I learned to always speak with my service rep for an estimate of how much time my appointment will take. He’s great and gave me a loaner car so I could get lunch. The person answering the service line doesn’t know.

The Forrester was not my first choice however I am pleased that I purchased the vehicle and I think I got a good price. Also, I’m very pleased with the staff and the only hiccup I’m upset with myself that I didn’t bargain or ask for more for my trade-in!
