In and out in under an hour for oil change and service, batteries changed out in the key fobs.,great service.

Low tire pressure warning light was on for weeks after having it checked in the fall. Stopped by without an appointment. One gentleman whose station was in front of Wally saw me waiting and took the time to check out my car. Based on tire pressures determined there was a leak. Wally took care of me after that point. Waited for repair. No leak was found.

First car service since my prepaid service program ended. Everything was fine in regards to the service except that at check in I was specifically asked if I wanted the car washed and I said no. When my car was brought to me at the end of the service, it was soaking wet and the dust and dirt that was on the car had just been smeared around. Since I had to get back to work, I just left and let it blow dry on the way home. Ended up with a dried, spotted smeared mess. This has happened before and is the reason why I always say no to having the wash as part of the service.
