I didn’t have to wait when dropping off my car and I was able to change details about the service I needed once I showed up. Also, the system in place to send pictures of the car that need additional work for my approval (filters that required changing in my case) is very useful so I can see what the issue is before making a decision.

My car was taken care of as i wanted.
