As a previous Subaru owner, I have always loved the Outback and wanted to make my new purchase something I had confidence in - both car + brand. Subaru has always been wonderful to deal with in the past and Alex Comar at Mike Shaw did not disappoint. No one enjoys the act of car shopping, trying to negotiate, or putting your credit score and finances visible to complete strangers but Alex made the process completely painless and brought a great sense of humor to my experience. He had knowledge about not only Subaru in general but also my new specific car which is important and after visiting other car brands where the agent doesn't seem to have ever actually seen the car they're selling it makes a difference. He was patient with my questions and even made recommendations for some places I could take my new car based on my interests of lifestyle he took the time to learn. If I had a 4 car garage I would buy 3 more cars from Alex at Subaru. PS - the new Wilderness Outback is amazing!

Service was great. Completed timely. Service adviser explained services needed and when Ipicked up my car reviewed the charges that were done.

This time around, we had a much better experience. There was an upfront cost estimate of the needed service, which was very close to the final cost. Better communication from the front service personnel, compared to our last visit. It could be better, I have received better in the past, but, as I said this time was much better than our last visit.
