Everyone there was really nice but the procedure took too long. We took care of pur own financing and came in with the money to buy the car and were still there over 2 hours.

Initially, the appointment was for a recall and oil change. However, upon inspection, several other items were found. I believed my car to still be under warranty, based on my understanding of the warranty. I was advised that it was no longer under warranty after all. Nonetheless, given the confusing terms of the warranty and the fact that my car had very low mileage for the model year, Subaru, essentially honored the warranty and made the repairs at no cost to me. I was also given a loaner car as the repairs were going to take longer than expected due to the need to order parts. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Marcus Montez and the folks at Subaru. I truly felt like Subaru appreciated me as a customer.

Had a great sales experience with Erik Castaneda. My only qualm is that I had to wait quite a long while to sign the paperwork with Finance because the customer ahead of me had numerous questions.

Service at Mike Shaw was once again great, which is why we've purchased our last three cars from Mike Shaw, we've had family members purchase cars from them, and why all of our service is done there.The one improvement I think that could be made is the use of deals/coupons. As someone who has purchased all of their cars there and maintained them with Mike Shaw for years, I guess I'm kind of surprised why I need to present various coupons/discounts to get the best service deal with them? You have all of our service records, so I guess I wonder why you don't just apply all of the current coupons/discounts related to my service and instead I have to bring them up to get them applied? My guess is you'd get even more loyal customers if you told them you had a current deal/discount and applied it to their bill.Outside of that comment, everything was excellent. The cost is still a bit high compared to other local shops, but I know Mike Shaw will stand behind their work, which is why I bring all our vehicles there (and will be in next week with our other Subaru purchased from Mike Shaw).

It went fine until I went out to check the status of my car and found the person handling it had to leave and no one pick up the his work,I would bet money my car had been ready for at least 30 minutes ( was there for an hour and 10 minutes) it was just an oil change on a new car
