Work completed in a timely manner. My service rep was polite and attentive, but must be new as he seemed a bit scattered. Also, he told me I needed the very expensive 30,000 mile servicing. It was completed within the year, and is in my account history as I purchased the car new here. The waiting area is wonderful, the appointment overall was pleasant as usual.

I have been giving my business to Mike Shaw Subaru since 2010 and I have never been disappointed in their customer service. I am greeted promptly, my issues/service requirements are always addressed, all other discovered issues are reported to me promptly. When the service is completed, checkout is easy and the service representative always walks me out and helps me located my vehicle. Good work is iimportant of course, but it is the customer service that sets Mike Shaw Subaru above the others.
