I brought my car in because I felt as if the battery had lost it's starting power that I was used to. The battery was replaced in February of this year at your dealership.The battery failed the load test and perhaps other tests as well.In addition, it was determined that the ECM component needed to be replaced or updated.

The team was able to get me scheduled the same day to address a tire issue and replacement. While I was bummed that my extended warranty/protection package did not cover road hazards on tires, the team was helpful and efficient.
