I have been giving my business to Mike Shaw Subaru since 2010 and I have never been disappointed in their customer service. I am greeted promptly, my issues/service requirements are always addressed, all other discovered issues are reported to me promptly. When the service is completed, checkout is easy and the service representative always walks me out and helps me located my vehicle. Good work is iimportant of course, but it is the customer service that sets Mike Shaw Subaru above the others.

Undersell overdeliver on time of work expected. Rides provided to home and back to shop.

He was very knowledgable and went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle we were looking for was ready for us. Larry (my service advisor) was perfect! He knew what my car's issue was right away, and had it fixed by the next day - even though it needed a backordered part (another dealership/location apparently had the part on-hand, so someone went to get it).I appreciated the Lyft ride home.Thanks again, Larry!
