He was transparent and immediately up front with pricing and explained in detail what the 60,000 mile maintenance included and made me feel very comfortable. He also gave me the new EV Solterra as a rental while my car was being serviced. I am so pleased with the consistent customer service every single time I come in! I also appreciate the follow up texts with the breakdown of services and pricing and what needs immediate attention.
