I hate auto dealerships and generally dread car buying, but the people at Mike Shaw Subaru make it so easy. I have the sense this is a well run operation. Service department is easy to work with and fair. Sales and finance people are all very kind and straightforward. Bonus points for the amazing coffeemaker and free dog tag station in the new waiting area.
