It was amazing. My service rep Marcus was the absolute best. I live in Denver but had a terrible experience with Schomp Subaru so I drove the extra miles to Thornton. My mechanic had diagnosed the problem as a likely thermo control valve which would fall under my warranty. Marcus listened to me & said he agreed with my mechanic. Without my asking, he told me I didn’t need to worry as this would fall under my warranty. Marcus also arranged for a Lyft ride to & from Mike Shaw Subaru. Marcus kept me inform d while my car was in the shop. I can’t say enough great things about my experience there.
