I was very impressed with the changes I noticed since my last visit. My service advisor, Kanin, told me exactly what my car required after looking at it, and made an excellent tire recommendation. Due to the time it required he provided me with a Lyft home, and back when the car was finished. He also completed my tire rebate paperwork and provided a separate copy of my invoice to submit. I highly recommend Mike Shaw's service department.

Larry was awesome and I feel like both my car and I were well taken care of. While I was in for a simple oil change, the inspection found a few big issues with my car that I had no idea existed. I am very thankful that they were found and I was able to get them fixed within the same appointment.
