Everyone was friendly and helpful

Took a little longer then expected but it was a holiday so everyone had the day off and was getting there was car severed too that day, no control of the staff there, Wallie was the person that helped me out I'm pretty sure and he was great he took good care of me and provided some of best customer service I have ever received, even tho they were busy he made sure to stay composed and work effetely. If someone can make sure this gets passed to his the supervisor I would really appreciate it

Came in to look at a used Subaru, and ended up purchasing it. The salesman Keith T was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. There was no pressure at all, and he answered all of our questions. The team made the purchase process and simple, smooth, and as fast as possible. Would definitely purchase a vehicle from this team again.

Outstanding service by Emma and the team at Mike Shaw. I had an issue with my brake lights, which they were able to diagnose and when I elected to complete the repairs myself, I was not charged for their services. I was also given a complimentary Lyft to/from my home, and my car was washed. Really impressed with the service, and I'll be definitely coming back when I next need help with my vehicle.
