I made the appointment on line and when I arrived at the appointment time was greeted courteously and quickly. I was told it would be 60-90 minutes and I went to the waiting room for some fresh coffee. My car was finished in an hour... and it was washed so I could see out the windows again!!

We were greeted right away by one of your sales associates. The purchasing of our vehicle went quickly, except for a back up waiting for your one finacial associate you had working on that day.
