We were 1800 miles from home on vacation and had a service issue that needed attention and Mike Shaw Subaru treated us like family and corrected the problem in a very timely manner.

Taylor gave amazing service, per usual. Always 5 starts.However, please tell your foreman, Bob Anderson, to please stop coming out and saying hello to me. It’s very awkward. He even left a note in my car. This is unwelcome and uncomfortable attention. When I’m there getting my car serviced, I am a customer and I do not want to be bothered by a former coworker trying to flirt with me. Thank you.

I brought my car in without an appointment and left it for repairs. Both Taylor and Marcos were great. My car was worked in and I was able to pick it up the next morning .
