excellent service all round

12,000 mile maintenance appointment went as expected. I was checked in by friendly staff upon my arrival. Told it would be about an hour to change my oil, rotate the tires and do an inspection.They must have been busy on a Saturday morning because it took longer than expected, but I was given a healthy discount for the extra wait time! I left with a tuned up car and a wallet that was still pretty full!

Quick and good communication

All went well. I was greeted promptly. Wally handled the work order in great fashion, kept me posted on progress and checked me out efficiently.

I had my cross trek serviced and the experience was great. They had me in and out in about an hour and the waiting room was very nice.

We worked with Kevin on an issue related to uneven tire wear on our Subaru. Once we got a hold of Kevin he worked with us, said what he would do to take care of us, and followed through at the end. We appreciate Kevin’s honesty and integrity, he’s a great representative of the Subaru family.
