What could have been A terrible experience turned into a great ending. I went in for a routine oil change and ended up losing my back windshield wiper. I got in touch with Patrick (director in service dept.), explained my problem and he went over and above to get it fixed. Got part ordered, sent someone to my house to fix it and I was a happy camper. I felt like I was a well taken care of customer. Thanks Patrick for being a super hero.
