Great experience. Low pressure environment and professional staff. Christian was generous with his time during our first visit in letting us test drive several models. This led us to return to purchase from Mike Shaw. We were pleased that the dealership priced matched a competitor, and adjusted the offer to include a recently published promotional financing rate from Subaru corporate. The only hang up was that the initial car we were quoted was sold the day before our appointment, although Christian substituted that specific vehicle with another that had nearly all the same features. Overall a really good car buying experience. We would happily return for future car purchases and work with Christian (and the financing department) again.
