When I arrived to get my car serviced, a gentleman was having a medical emergency inside the service bay. I was welcomed and quietly told about the situation and that help was on the way. There were multiple individuals helping the man as another person called 911. Everyone who was there was kind, respectful, and helpful. I left feeling like the people who work at Mike Shaw are good people who look out for the people around them. It was refreshing to see and made me a customer for life!

There's a good reason I have gone to Mike Shaw Suaru for all my Subaru maintenance and guidance for my Crosstrek. Drew has been efficient, caring and knowledgeable about every question I have had. Will continue to go to Shaw for servicing my car and for the next Subaru I will purchase.
