Great…timely and responsive

I always have a great customer experience at Mike Shaw Subaru. Everything from buying my 3rd Subaru from them to the service and maintenance department. Recently I have had the pleasure of working with Not Prasertsin in the service department. I brought my Outback in for some repairs that were covered under warranty. I had worked with Not in the past. Not is so professional, helpful, and friendly each and every time. I am thankful everyday that I chose to do business with Mike Shaw.

Waiting room is nice, they said I needed a hepa filter, video showed it was very dirty, I had my phone on silent, I wish they had come in to ask about replacing it, when my car was finished they just next time they would replace it

We had to bring our kids in while buying our new to us car. The entire process was very easy and our kids were treated like royalty! Our salesman Mike and the rest of the staff are top notch and made this a very positive experience.

Am purchasing new Outback since my 2024 was totaled from collision with a deer. Cliff in sales was referred to me from my service advisor Taylor. Cliff treated me like family and held a car for me after finding what I wanted. This will be my 5th Subaru Outback since 1998 and my 3rd from this dealer. That speaks volumes.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Jeremiah. 6 hours was a bit long though, even though we changed our car choice during the visit. The confusion about who would send us a check was not expected, but was corrected promptly.
