I walked in to obtain service, and was greeted with an immediate positive, no pressure, attitude. It turned out to be the best experience I've had to date at Mike Shaw.Marcus was patient, kind and made sure all my questions were answered with no pressure to take on additional costs. My car was washed and my wait was short. The waiting room was very client friendly. I can't wait to have a new Suburu after making my last payment this year.
