I was welcomed by Wally when I arrived and given a review of what was on the agenda for my car. During the time I was in the waiting room, I was kept in touch with what was going on. The check-up on my car was done in a reasonable amount of time. When finished, Wally went over the items attended to, and I was on my way home. I appreciate very much the polite and prompt care I received. Thank you.
