It was Ok and pick up of vehicle went a lot better. Car seems to be running well so far fingers crossed.

I scheduled an appointment for 2 pm. I arrived on time and was quickly seen for intake. I capitalized in the online offer for 3 synthetic oil changes and tire rotations, which is a great deal.I waited in the waiting area at the dealership, which is comfortable.Estimate for the tire rotation and oil change was about right. Then I received a list of items to decide whether to address. I opted to have the tires balanced. The service manager told me it would be 45 min to an hour more when he came out to talk to me.An hour and 45 minutes later, I texted on the chain that said if I have questions to text. No answer. Waited 10 minutes and texted again. No answer. Walked to the service area and found the rep and asked the status. Then he told me the tech had put the directional tires on backward and had to re-mount them.It was approximately another hour before I was told it was complete.My issue is that I asked and didn’t get and answer, then had to track someone down and ask. Why isn’t the communication proactive when the estimated time is well past?I did receive a $30 discount, which was nice.

They were prompt at greeting and checking me in even though I was early and went pver everything I was there for ( what they were going to do

The repairs needed were clearly explained to me and I was given options to choose from.
