He introduced himself to both myself and 17 yr old daughter, answered all of our questions, was extremely personable and provided great options for test drive route. We decided to purchase the car after our discussions and test drive and Lucas continued to provide excellent service.

Bought a 2024 Legacy last year. Unfortunately got in a crash where insurance totaled out the car. Came back to see Mr. Rob Oja again, bought a 2025 Legacy. Mr. Oja is the best!!

I live in southern Arizona, and had stopped in Denver in the middle of a long road trip when my Subaru Crosstrek developed what turned out to be a fairly serious problem. I showed up at Mike Shaw Subaru on a Saturday with no appointment, and even though they were very busy Not in the service department managed to work me in to figure out what was going on. He was very kind and explained everything thoroughly. I decided to explore trading in on a newer model. Mike Olenski offered me a fair trade-in on my car, and soon I was on my way to buying a brand new Crosstrek. I knew exactly what I wanted as far as model/features, and they had a great selection. Mike is very professional and personable, and I really enjoyed getting to know him. He came in on his day off to execute the sale, and it was a pleasure to do business with him. I was soon back on the road in my new car, and although trading cars in the middle of my road trip was certainly not my intent when I left home, Mike Olenski helped make this a totally painless process. Despite my being from out of state, the process was exceptionally smooth and I couldn’t be happier! Those are great folks at Mike Shaw, and I wish they were my local dealership.
